This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, tv, and an electric kettle. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with a night-time bottle of water. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

Steve is such a wonderful host! The room was super clean and had all the extras like a mini fridge and fresh milk. The only downside was the slamming fire doors. 😅

i almost gave this place a good review, but the creaky bed and noisy fire doors ruined it. not to mention, i expected a complimentary gesture for all the trouble of the street parking. does no one care about guest comfort here? absoluteley disappointing. may i suggest some soundproofing, or even better, a room upgrade?

Inviting dining area with extensive breakfast options.
The lack of on-site parking was a significant disappointment. We had to walk a good distance to find a parking spot, only for the owner to carry our luggage in, which felt unnecessary. the noise from the street traffic was disruptive to our stay, making it hard to relax in our room.

Blackpool vibes 🌊✨
Steve is such a lekker host, really makes you feel at home. The brekkie sorted us out, and our room had a mini fridge which was a lifesaver. Super handy with the location, a quick stroll to the beach!
The bed did creak a bit, but didn’t ruin the vibes too much.

We had an incredible stay here with our four kids! The spacious family room with a sea view was perfect, and Steve was incredibly accommodating. He made sure our kids were entertained and even provided some lovely little treats for them. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made!
For dads, it would be great to have more on-site parking options.
